Affiliate Manager at Jeff

More than one billion people across South and East Asia lack sufficient financial data history, which prevents them from accessing essential services like loans. At Jeff, we are changing that. We operate a data-driven financial marketplace that utilizes alternative data to connect underbanked individuals with the right financial products. Since our launch in 2020, we have grown into a team of over 35 people across seven countries, secured 5 million USD in funding, and served more than 8 million users. We are currently profitable and approaching 10 million USD in annual revenue, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us scale our impact globally.

The role

We are seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in Latvia. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by managing and scaling our affiliate marketing programs as we expand into new and existing markets.

Core responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing programs to support long-term growth in key regions like the Philippines, Vietnam, and Mexico.
• Recruit and onboard new partners while actively nurturing relationships to maximize performance and engagement.
• Utilize data analytics and tracking tools to monitor affiliate activity, generate performance reports, and implement strategic improvements.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, ideally within the fintech sector or emerging markets.
• Strong proficiency with tracking platforms like Affise, as well as analytical tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics.
• Technical expertise in setting up postback URLs and tracking pixels.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex agreements and commission structures.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
