As we enter the next phase of our journey, we are looking for an Affiliate Manager to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Your main focus will be to act in:
Affiliate Management
Develop, manage, and optimize our affiliate marketing program to align with our strategic goals and support long-term growth in the Philippines, Vietnam, and Mexico.Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with new affiliates.Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize affiliate performance.Tracking and Analytics
Set up and manage postback URLs, tracking pixels, and other necessary tracking mechanisms.Use Affise and Tableau to track and analyze affiliate performance.Generate regular performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Strategic Planning
Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate marketing efforts with the overall marketing strategy.Develop promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to increase affiliate engagement and performance.Stay tuned with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.Communication and Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts.Negotiate affiliate agreements, commission structures, and promotional deals.You have:
Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the fintech industry and within emerging markets such as the Philippines, Vietnam, and Mexico, with strong local market knowledge and connections.Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing affiliate programs.Experience with affiliate tracking platforms, particularly Affise, and familiarity with local payment gateways, financial regulations, and analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau.Experience in setting up and managing postbacks and tracking pixels.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)At Jeff we are:
