What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Affiliate / Influencers Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Poland. In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our affiliate and influencer marketing strategy, focusing on key regions like SIA, MENA, LATAM, and SSA. Your expertise in the fintech, forex, and CFD trading sectors will be vital as you help us scale our reach and strengthen our market presence.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to boost traffic, conversions, and overall revenue growth through affiliate and influencer partnerships.
- Recruit, onboard, and nurture long-term relationships with influencers and affiliates to ensure their continued success and performance.
- Negotiate and manage complex contracts, commission structures, and performance-based incentives to maximize partnership value.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing with a deep understanding of the fintech landscape. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. You must be proficient in data analysis and comfortable using various marketing platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, to track and optimize campaign performance. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required, along with a proven track record in affiliate management and a robust network of contacts within the forex and CFD trading industry. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential, as is a solid grasp of SEO, PPC, and content marketing strategies. Fluency in English is required for this position.
