We are currently looking for a Senior Affiliate Campaign Operations Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity.
Key outcomes
- Coordinate the full lifecycle of affiliate marketing campaigns, including setup, launch, promotion, and performance tracking across global markets.
- Oversee campaign logistics such as timeline management, budget oversight, asset coordination, and the implementation of UTM links and promo codes.
- Partner with our Business Development and Affiliate Relationship Management teams to facilitate localized campaigns and custom collaboration packages.
- Work alongside product, design, and social media teams to ensure the precise delivery of promotional assets.
- Generate detailed campaign reports covering registration metrics, trading volume, engagement, and ROI analysis.
- Analyze daily campaign performance to identify trends and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Improve operational efficiency by developing and refining standard operating procedures, templates, and tracking systems.
- Manage administrative tasks including contract documentation, payment follow-ups, and compliance coordination with our legal and finance departments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or influencer and KOL management.
- A solid understanding of affiliate management within the context of centralized exchanges, blockchain ecosystems, or token launches.
- Demonstrated project management expertise with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional rollouts.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets or similar data management platforms.
- Practical experience with referral tracking systems, affiliate marketing logic, and UTM link structures.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from dashboards and spreadsheets to drive decision-making.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our international stakeholders.
- The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, multicultural, and remote-first environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience working on campaigns within the Web3, cryptocurrency, or fintech sectors.
- Proficiency in additional languages beyond English and Mandarin.
