What you'll be doing
- You will take a hands-on approach to executing marketing efforts, managing existing affiliate relationships, and scouting new partners to expand our affiliate program.
- You will oversee the full lifecycle of affiliate campaigns, from initial strategy and creative development to measuring performance and ensuring every initiative meets our high standards.
- You will manage the affiliate budget, including commission structures, while constantly experimenting with new content, channels, and growth strategies to optimize our results.
What you'll bring
- You have significant experience in business development, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and high emotional intelligence.
- You possess a deep understanding of cryptocurrency trends and terminology, paired with a genuine interest in crypto culture.
- You are fluent in both English and Mandarin, allowing you to communicate effectively across our global network.
