The role
We are looking for a Senior Affiliate BD to join our growth department on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for an experienced professional who is ready to drive user acquisition and expand our reach within the competitive blockchain and finance sectors. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where your ability to identify new opportunities and manage strategic partnerships will directly influence our growth metrics.
Core responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities within the exchange space while actively expanding our user promotion channels.
- Manage and strengthen channel partnerships by streamlining processes, increasing output, and resolving coordination challenges as they arise.
- Execute on established performance indicators by aligning your daily activities with our broader market strategy and company goals.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in internet product growth or channel development. We prioritize candidates who have a background in blockchain, finance, or user growth. Because you will be working with international partners and stakeholders, you must be bilingual in English and Korean. We are looking for a self-driven individual who thrives under pressure, possesses a strong sense of responsibility, and excels at cross-departmental coordination.
