The opportunity
We are looking for a dedicated Advisor, Customer Success to join our service platform team in China. In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our clients and the solutions they need. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, connecting clients with the right service providers, and ensuring every interaction is handled with care. By maintaining high standards of service, you will directly contribute to our platform's growth and help our clients achieve their commercial goals.
A day in the life
- You will coordinate and organize both online and offline activities for our service center to foster new business partnerships.
- You will communicate with enterprises through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to identify their unique challenges and needs.
- You will manage the end-to-end client experience by evaluating requests, assigning appropriate service providers, and resolving any inquiries or concerns to ensure high satisfaction.
Who you are
You are a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong commitment to teamwork and problem-solving. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in International Trade, Business English, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar professional role.
- Proficiency in Cantonese and basic written English communication skills.
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to navigate office software and customer service tools with ease.
- Previous experience in government or public service sectors is considered a plus.
