Our London studio is currently seeking an Advertising Planning Manager to join our transatlantic team. This is a full-time, permanent, and on-site role based in the heart of London, where you will focus on data governance and taxonomy for our global paid media efforts.
Key outcomes
- Oversee the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of all international paid media initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, development, design, and technology teams, as well as global agencies, to manage media across diverse advertising channels.
- Maintain consistent and accurate taxonomy across all media campaigns.
- Manage advertising platforms, including DSPs and social media tools.
- Handle CDP and PII management, including segmentation, activation, and tracking.
- Implement marketing technology to enrich paid media performance.
- Ensure data compliance and health across central and territory-specific agencies.
- Support the development and maintenance of Rockstar owned and licensed technologies.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Media, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in data governance, digital marketing, or project management.
- A genuine passion for and knowledge of Rockstar Games titles.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and prioritization abilities.
- Familiarity with digital media technologies, including analytical tools and workflow management systems.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing large workloads and tight deadlines.
- A detail-oriented mindset with strong time management skills.
- A solid understanding of the current social media landscape.
- The ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
Preferred qualifications
- Proficiency in tools such as Monday, Datorama, Treasure Data, Google DCM, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Experience with SQL.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
