Role at a glance

We are looking for an Adtech Implementation and Data Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment within the United States. You will be the primary administrator for our marketing technology stack, ensuring our systems are optimized to drive consumer acquisition and retention.

Your impact

• Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our AdTech platforms, including tools like Tealium, Adobe, and Google, while ensuring all integrations are performing at their peak.
• Act as the internal champion for our marketing systems by developing documentation, managing user access, and providing training to ensure high adoption and strategic utility across the organization.
• Maintain strict data security and governance standards, ensuring all system configurations remain compliant with regulations like HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA while proactively monitoring system health.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a strong technical foundation. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• At least 3 years of experience in information technology or information systems, ideally supported by a degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional background.
• Proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write queries to debug system health and operations, along with a solid understanding of database fundamentals.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate technical risks and solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders, including engineering, data science, and creative teams.
• Experience with AdTech concepts and a demonstrated ability to optimize platform solutions to drive measurable ROI.
• Fluency in English and a humble, hungry, and smart approach to your daily work.
