The Difference You Will Make:
Airbnb is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join the Design team. This role will report to the Director of Design, and is a full-time remote position. With so much going on in so many places, we need an experienced organizational and administrative professional to join the team.
A Typical Day:
- Provide administrative support to multiple Design leaders. This includes calendar management, travel and expense management, meeting preparation, and coordinating office access. Act as a thought partner to lead and strategically align leader calendar with their priorities
- Work alongside and partner closely with the Executive Business Partner to the VP of Design on tasks and projects, as needed
- Coordinate and participate in team events, culture, and recognition moments
- Manage and track purchase orders
- Build effective relationships across the Administrative Community and with other teams across Airbnb as necessary
Your Expertise:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, including supporting a team in an administrative capacity
- Ability to exercise judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, while exercising discretion and sound judgement
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with leadership and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals and deliver on priorities
- Proven track record of being reliable, prepared, responsive, eager to learn and encouraging
- Strong prioritization, multitasking and time management skills
- Acute attention to detail and follow through, high-level of organization
Your Location:
This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
