Role at a glance
We are looking for a mid-level Administrative Business Partner to join our Design team. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates living in eligible states within the United States. You will serve as a key operational partner, helping our leadership team stay organized, aligned, and focused on our most critical goals.
Your impact
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Design leaders, including strategic calendar management, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and meeting preparation.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Business Partner to the VP of Design to execute team projects and ensure operational efficiency.
- Champion our team culture by coordinating events, recognition moments, and initiatives that keep our community connected and engaged.
What you'll need
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- A proactive mindset with strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- A proven track record of building effective relationships with leadership and working cross-functionally to achieve team goals.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The base pay range for this position is $95,000 to $112,000 USD. In addition to base salary, you may be eligible for bonuses, equity, and Employee Travel Credits.
