Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Strategy & Reporting Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States, where you will play a vital part in managing and forecasting our Casino Acquisition programs. You will work closely with leadership to optimize our marketing initiatives and ensure our data-driven strategies continue to drive growth for the business.

Your impact

• Own the daily tracking and reporting of key acquisition metrics, ensuring our team has a clear view of performance health.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics and Commercial stakeholders to refine our reporting capabilities, including the management of Tableau dashboards.
• Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and clear recommendations that guide our acquisition strategy and influence decision-making across the organization.

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree and advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to manipulate large data sets using VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas.
• Strong data analytics skills with a working knowledge of SQL to query and interpret information effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to diverse audiences in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Fluency in English and a genuine interest in the sports and gaming industry.

Perks and compensation
