The role

We are looking for a Senior Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of demand generation strategies for our growing advisor business line. You will play a pivotal part in our marketing operations, ensuring we reach our target audience effectively while collaborating across the organization to drive growth.

Core responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of media buying and quarterly budget planning to ensure we hit our pipeline and lead generation targets.
• Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns that deliver clear, compelling messaging to our target audience.
• Partner closely with our Sales and Marketing Operations teams to refine lead scoring, nurture practices, and ensure consistent alignment on lead quality.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this position, you should bring a strong background in marketing and financial services. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience accelerating sales pipelines for tech or SaaS organizations.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Compensation and benefits
