We are currently looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager to join our team in the Philippines on a full-time basis.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance visibility, equity, and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage the full customer lifecycle by creating initiatives that maximize lifetime value and address drop-off points in the user journey.
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from initial concept development through to implementation and performance analysis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to establish key performance indicators, conduct A/B testing, and optimize marketing ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Customer Support, to implement effective retention strategies.
- Mentor junior team members while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, specifically within the fintech or financial services sectors.
- Proven success in designing growth marketing strategies that drive measurable customer acquisition and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of making data-informed decisions.
- Expertise in end-to-end campaign management and project implementation.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and performance analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
