About the Role
We are looking for a senior-level Account Supervisor to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as a primary leader for our client programs, overseeing everything from initial planning to final execution. You will be responsible for managing junior staff, developing detailed tactical timelines, and utilizing an analytical mindset to measure the success of our influencer marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive influencer strategies that range from individual campaign executions to long-term, relationship-based brand programs.
- Collaborate within integrated teams to ensure that influencer efforts align perfectly with other activities, such as paid amplification, public relations, and creative social campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships and budgets while overseeing influencer campaigns through our proprietary platform.
Requirements
- A minimum of five years of experience in a client-facing role within the digital, social, PR, or influencer marketing sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the social media landscape and deep experience with influencer engagement across both paid and earned channels.
- Proven ability to create social media content, calculate benchmarks and engagement rates, and synthesize complex data to demonstrate program impact.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Experience working with influencers on emerging platforms like TikTok and Twitch.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate contracts and lead client presentations with confidence.
Location
This position is based in Canada and requires an on-site presence.
