What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Account Representative to join our team on a full-time basis at our location in Brooklyn, NY. This role is essential for maintaining the strong partnerships that allow our clinical network to thrive. You will use your expertise in business development, data analysis, and project management to ensure our services remain seamless and effective. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Cultivating and sustaining strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders at our partner healthcare facilities.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clinical providers and medical groups to ensure clear communication and prompt resolution of concerns.
• Analyzing facility relations data to identify trends and providing actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should possess a solid background in healthcare facility relations or business development. We require a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, though a master’s degree is considered a plus. You must be comfortable navigating healthcare regulations and compliance while demonstrating strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. We value candidates who are self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English is required, and you should be able to translate complex data into clear, informed decisions.
