What is this role?
We are hiring an Account Partner for our Crossix Audiences business on a full-time, remote basis across the United States. The position is open to professionals at the mid-level who want to grow their career in healthcare-focused digital advertising sales.
What will you do?
- Build a deep knowledge of Crossix offerings and turn that knowledge into persuasive conversations that win new business from agencies and life sciences companies.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers while working side-by-side with solution consultants to deliver successful deployments and high satisfaction.
- Keep an accurate, up-to-date pipeline in our CRM, follow up diligently, and close opportunities that help us hit team goals.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least three years of experience selling media, audience data, TV/CTV, or programmatic platforms within life sciences or a closely related field, plus five or more years of overall experience in sales, business development, or account management. A bachelor’s degree is required, and you are fluent in English.
Healthcare and pharmaceutical marketing genuinely excite you, and you enjoy teaching clients how data-driven strategies can unlock new value. You stay organized, log activity quickly and accurately in Salesforce, and thrive when juggling multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment. Creative problem-solving, a collaborative spirit, and a consistent record of surpassing sales targets round out the profile we are looking for.
What's in it for you?
Base pay ranges from $80,000 to $300,000, and the role may also include variable bonus and stock opportunities. In addition, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible paid time off, company-paid holidays, retirement programs, and a 1% charitable giving match.
