About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will act as the main point of contact for our e-commerce clients, ensuring that our marketing strategies are executed effectively and that our clients see consistent growth. You will bridge the gap between our internal experts and our clients, managing projects and communications to ensure every campaign delivers high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary advocate for our e-commerce clients by maintaining frequent, clear, and professional communication to build lasting partnerships.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital projects, including onboarding new clients, managing task completion through platforms like ClickUp, and ensuring all reporting decks are accurate and timely.
- Analyze campaign performance across various channels, such as Google Analytics, TikTok, and Facebook, to provide actionable insights that boost client return on investment.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a solid foundation in digital marketing and project management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing account management role.
- Proven technical proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, and various advertising platforms.
- Strong familiarity with productivity tools including Notion, ClickUp, Slack, and the Google Suite.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage client onboarding, scheduling, and project intake efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively handle client inquiries and present strategic updates.
Location
This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. Please note that the role requires availability during standard business hours, specifically Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm PST, with a small window of flexibility.
