We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. What you'll be doing
- You will manage the onboarding process and ongoing relationships for small and medium-sized business clients, primarily through outbound calls and emails.
- You will create and distribute communication materials to help clients drive awareness of our platform among their employees.
- You will conduct live demonstrations of the FinFit platform to showcase the value of our features and resolve any operational or escalated client issues.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a professional with at least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or sales within the technology, financial services, or employee benefits sectors. You should possess a BA or BS degree in a relevant field and demonstrate the following:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and a collaborative mindset for system improvement efforts.
- Fluency in English.
