Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior Account Manager Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will play a vital role in our sales organization by partnering with account managers to identify new opportunities and drive growth for our nonprofit partners.
Your impact
- Proactively identify and qualify potential upsell opportunities through a mix of inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting.
- Manage your daily outreach goals, including making 30 to 50 outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Schedule high-quality meetings for our account managers and maintain an organized, accurate pipeline within our CRM.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage leads via phone and email.
- Exceptional time management and organizational habits to keep your sales funnel clean and up to date.
- A competitive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to learn new processes quickly.
- A solid understanding of SaaS solutions and the nonprofit sector, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce is highly valued.
- Fluency in English.
