At Union, we are tackling one of the most significant challenges in AI infrastructure by enabling teams to iterate quickly while keeping their AI workloads production-ready at scale. We are the stewards of Flyte, an open-source project that has become the industry standard for modern data and AI orchestration. Our platform supports mission-critical workloads for major technology leaders like LinkedIn, Spotify, and Gojek. Our team is composed of infrastructure veterans from the Big Three and a founding team that originally developed Flyte at Lyft. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join us as an early member of our sales team on a full-time, on-site basis in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and pipeline generation to designing deals and finalizing contracts.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory while effectively communicating the value of our AI and cloud infrastructure solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with channel and alliance partners to identify new business opportunities and ensure we meet our quarterly and annual revenue goals.
Requirements
- You have at least 4 years of progressive experience in SaaS sales, which includes time spent as an SDR and experience selling to both commercial and enterprise-level accounts.
- You possess a proven background in selling developer-centric software, ideally within the AI, machine learning, or cloud infrastructure sectors.
- You are a skilled negotiator with the ability to manage complex technical sales processes and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- You demonstrate exceptional communication skills and the ability to operate effectively at both tactical and strategic levels.
