The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a high-energy, results-driven sales hunter who is deeply passionate about AI, SaaS, and the transformative power of data in healthcare. Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Lifetime Work Offices), No Hybrid or Remote.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding Skypoint’s presence within the healthcare industry. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping healthcare organizations discover the power of our AI-driven platform, which unifies data, automates workflows, and enhances decision-making across clinical, operational, and administrative functions. Your work will directly support our mission to transform how healthcare organizations leverage data and AI for better outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
·        Owning the complete sales cycle from start to finish—identifying prospects, building relationships, delivering high-impact presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Once a deal is closed, you’ll seamlessly hand off to our Forward Deployed Engineering team to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for the client.
·        Consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual) through a mix of outbound prospecting, lead nurturing, and strategic account development.
·        Building and managing a strong, diverse, and well-qualified pipeline, ensuring accuracy and visibility through detailed reporting and weekly pipeline review meetings. You’ll be expected to keep CRM data clean, updated, and aligned with forecasting goals.
·        Engaging with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations—from C-suite decision-makers and technical buyers to compliance, legal, and operations teams. You’ll tailor your pitch and leverage value-based selling, storytelling, and live demos to align Skypoint’s capabilities with each stakeholder’s unique priorities.
·        Collaborating closely with our Marketing team to design and execute highly targeted, multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales cycles.
·        Representing Skypoint at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as needed to strengthen relationships, build market awareness, and identify new opportunities.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, sales discipline, and an entrepreneurial mindset to succeed in a fast-growing, high-impact organization at the forefront of AI innovation in healthcare.
 
Education
·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Must-Haves:
·        5+ years of SaaS/software sales experience, with established relationships at the Director level and above.
·        Proven track record of exceeding $1M+ ARR quotas, especially in complex, consultative selling environments.
·        Strong outbound skills—you know how to generate your own pipeline through research, cold outreach, and smart networking.
·        Ability to lead solution-driven sales conversations and translate tech into business outcomes.
·        Experience in healthcare SaaS sales is highly desirable, particularly in selling to health systems, payers, or life sciences.
·        Familiarity with agentic AI platforms or solutions powered by Generative AI/AI agents is a strong plus.
·        Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is a bonus—we value agility and grit.
