The role
We are looking for a mid-level Account Executive to join our commercial team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Utrecht where you will lead a consultative, full-cycle sales process. You will focus on the Dutch market initially, with the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our broader European expansion starting in 2026. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a strategic environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Core responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, ranging from initial outreach and lead generation to closing high-impact deals.
- Develop a robust pipeline by leveraging a mix of inbound interest, outbound efforts, and strategic partnerships.
- Translate complex client challenges into tailored solutions while collaborating across our marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Skills and experience
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive within the SaaS or fintech sectors, preferably with mid-market or enterprise clients.
- A consultative approach to sales, characterized by a drive to solve problems and create genuine value.
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial focus.
- Familiarity with HubSpot is considered a significant advantage.
- A Bachelor’s level of education or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation and benefits
