We are Headout, a fast-growing travel marketplace that helps people discover and book real-life experiences, from immersive tours to live events. With over 100 cities served, 18 months of profitability, and $130 million in revenue, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a driven professional to join our team. We believe in the power of getting people out into the real world, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for building, craft, and high-impact work to help us continue our expansion.
What you'll be doing
- Expand our reach. You will lead our commercial efforts on the East Coast by identifying, contacting, and onboarding new supply partners to launch our services in new cities.
- Manage relationships. You will nurture our existing supply partnerships to drive consistent growth and collaborate with internal teams like marketing and operations to ensure our bookings continue to thrive.
- Drive strategy. You will use your analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights that help us refine and optimize our business strategy.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a fluent English speaker based in New York with at least 3 years of experience in business development, ideally within the travel industry. You should be comfortable working with a CRM and possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit. We value candidates who have a global mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
What you'll get
