At Texture, we are focused on driving meaningful growth within the energy and utility sectors. We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in building strong relationships with prospective clients, navigating complex sales cycles, and collaborating with our internal teams to provide solutions that make a real impact on critical infrastructure and emerging energy technologies.
Key outcomes
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic accounts and prospective customers.
- Manage the entire sales process, from the first point of contact through to the final execution of contracts.
- Articulate the specific value of our platform and services by deeply understanding the unique business needs of our customers.
- Work in close partnership with our product, leadership, and implementation teams to ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Keep our internal records accurate by maintaining precise pipeline forecasts and documenting all account activity.
- Act as a representative for Texture during industry events, conferences, and high-level customer meetings.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term, productive relationships with our partners and clients.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in account management, business development, or sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and opportunities at the same time.
- The capacity to work effectively and independently in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and large customer organizations.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience working within the energy, utility, infrastructure, or enterprise software industries.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage sales workflows.
Compensation
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $125,000 to $200,000 annually, supplemented by commission and equity opportunities. Our benefits package includes:
