You’ll join Pair Team, a public benefit company that delivers integrated medical, behavioral, and social care to high-need Medicaid and Medicare patients by connecting shelters, food pantries, and other community organizations into one coordinated model. As California’s largest complex care provider, we’ve already shown measurable results-cutting avoidable ER visits by 52 percent and hospitalizations by 26 percent-and we’re now building an AI platform to scale this approach nationwide. In the Account Executive – Health Systems role, you’ll help expand those partnerships so more patients can access the care they need.
What you'll be doing
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise partnerships, from first outreach through signed agreements, with health systems, virtual care providers, medically tailored meal companies, and other organizations that serve overlapping Medicaid and Medicare populations.
- Build trusted, multi-level relationships with C-suite, Chief Population Health Officers, CMOs, and operational leaders at target partner organizations while self-sourcing roughly half of your pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and industry events.
- Develop territory-specific go-to-market and revenue plans, maintain accurate forecasting in HubSpot, and share market insights with leadership and product teams to refine our partnership approach as we grow.
What you'll bring
- At least three years of B2B sales or business development experience, including two or more years selling into healthcare enterprises such as health systems, providers, or large digital health companies.
- Proven success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles and building relationships with VP- and C-level buyers.
- Familiarity with Medicaid or Medicare program structures, including value-based care models such as ECM, LTSS, or care management.
- Comfort self-sourcing pipeline and working independently in a remote-first setting.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable CRM, along with disciplined pipeline hygiene and forecasting practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that let you adapt your message for clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
- English fluency and a genuine commitment to improving outcomes for underserved communities.
What you'll get
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 OTE, along with an equity compensation package. Additional benefits include:
- Flexible vacation policy so you can take the time you need to recharge
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
