About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Commercial Solutions team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level role focused on our Large Middle Market segment. You will be responsible for driving brand decisions and growing payment volume by developing strategic partnerships with corporations, financial institutions, and merchants. This position requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex environments to advance our business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead direct sales initiatives to large and middle market corporations to promote the Visa value proposition and secure brand decisions for B2B payment solutions.
  • Collaborate across internal teams, including product, partnerships, and finance, to design and execute go-to-market strategies that increase market share and payment volume.
  • Manage and nurture high-level relationships with financial institutions and corporate partners to solve complex business challenges and ensure the successful delivery of commercial card programs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in financial services, payments, or technology. We require the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 8 years with an advanced degree.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex sales efforts, from initial negotiation through to closing and delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior management and navigate a highly matrixed organizational structure.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the executive presence required to lead large group presentations.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial payments landscape, including the buying criteria of large corporate decision-makers.

Location

This position is remote within the United States. While you will not be required to work from a specific office, you may occasionally need to travel to a Visa location with scheduled notice.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is 200,000 to 260,000 USD per year. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
