We are currently looking for a driven, process-oriented Account Director to join our team in our London office. If you have a passion for innovation and a track record of success in the enterprise space, we would love to have you help us expand our footprint throughout the EMEA region.
What you'll be doing
- You will partner closely with our BDR team to identify and nurture high-value opportunities.
- You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, guiding prospects from the initial discovery phase all the way to a successful close.
- You will represent our company in person by visiting new enterprise clients and fostering long-term professional relationships.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in enterprise sales and a genuine entrepreneurial spirit. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings the following qualifications to the table:
- At least 10 years of experience successfully closing complex software and SaaS enterprise deals.
- Proven experience working within a startup or scale-up environment.
- A deep understanding of how to sell into HR and recruitment departments.
- Native proficiency in English with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- A self-starting, agile mindset and a willingness to travel within Europe for a few days each month.
