Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture high-level executive relationships with our existing major banking accounts and the National Bank of Belgium.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and promoting new products that align with our clients' business goals.
- Serve as the face of SurePay in the Benelux region, collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience and providing expert guidance on regulatory changes and industry trends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in senior sales or account management, ideally within the fintech or SaaS sectors. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving consistent revenue growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and present compelling business cases.

Location
This is a remote position based in Belgium, though you will work closely with our business development team located in Utrecht, Netherlands.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a supportive work environment that values your well-being and professional growth. Our benefits package includes:
- A personal benefits budget equal to 8% of your salary, which you can use for training, extra time off, or additional pay.
- 25 days of holiday.
- All the necessary technology, including a MacBook Pro and an iPhone.
- Coverage for travel costs.
- The flexibility of remote work within a diverse team of over 35 nationalities.
