We are looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our sales and marketing team and help us connect with the innovators who are literally inventing the future.

About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Account Development Representative to serve as the primary point of contact within our sales pipeline. This is an entry-level position that offers a clear path for professional growth into roles such as Account Executive or Account Management. As an ADR, you will work deeper into the sales funnel than a traditional role, helping to build business cases and qualify opportunities for our cutting-edge technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound and outbound marketing leads by building strong relationships to develop new sales opportunities.
  • Use email, phone outreach, and social media platforms like LinkedIn to coordinate discovery calls and generate pipeline for our inside sales team.
  • Maintain and update our sales database, including managing key documents and data discovery to accurately assess opportunity potential.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in engineering or the physical sciences.
  • At least one year of experience in business development or a related sales role, along with a strong desire to excel in the field.
  • Proficiency with technology, specifically Salesforce and LinkedIn, or a natural aptitude for learning new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Must be a US person as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations, which includes U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or those granted refugee or asylum status.

Location

This position is based on-site in Santa Barbara, California.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 per year, plus commission. In addition to competitive pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
