Our proprietary AI agent, Gem-E, analyzes CRM data and identifies critical buying signals to help our clients determine exactly who to target and how to reach them. We have already generated over $4 billion in pipeline and nearly $1 billion in revenue for hundreds of startups and public companies, including industry leaders like SAP LeanIX, UserTesting, and Mimecast. We are currently looking for an Account Development Representative II to join our team as we scale our operations.
Key outcomes
- Manage top-of-funnel outbound sales activities, including phone outreach, social selling, and testing new lead generation channels.
- Collaborate with campaign specialists and Account Executives to manage target accounts and ensure smooth hand-offs.
- Execute personalized outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn to secure qualified product demos.
- Utilize a multi-threading approach to drive internal conversations within target accounts.
- Measure, optimize, and refine prospecting sequences to improve response rates.
- Develop deep product expertise by actively using UserGems in your daily prospecting workflows.
Requirements
- At least six months of experience in a similar outbound prospecting role with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels, including phone, email, and social platforms.
- Ability to articulate business value and ROI to prospective clients.
- A highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote, high-growth environment.
- A collaborative spirit, openness to feedback, and a positive attitude toward team goals.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience prospecting specifically into sales or marketing leadership roles.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is $60,000 USD, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $80,000 USD. As a remote-first organization, we provide a flexible work environment and foster connection through weekly standups, virtual social events, and global in-person off-sites.
