What you bring
We are looking for a proactive Account-Based Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Canada, you will serve as a vital link between our sales and marketing departments, using data and buyer insights to craft personalized strategies. This mid-level role focuses on scaling our ABM practice through the following responsibilities:
- Designing and executing highly personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns that target specific accounts to drive acquisition and expansion.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to refine our ABM playbook, documenting successful strategies, and sharing performance insights with stakeholders.
- Managing a comprehensive calendar of ABM programs while leveraging tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Demandbase, and Drift to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have at least two to three years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS sector. We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset who is comfortable managing complex projects and building rapport with diverse teams. You should possess a solid foundation in both inbound and outbound digital marketing strategies. Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools is essential, and familiarity with platforms like LeanData or Sendoso is a plus. You must hold a degree in Marketing or a related field and be prepared to occasionally coordinate with our global colleagues in different time zones. We value self-starters who are goal-oriented, structured, and capable of balancing multiple priorities with ease.
