We are currently seeking an Account Based Marketing Program Coordinator to join our team and help us continue our rapid growth.
Key outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams, ensuring full alignment on our account-based marketing strategies.
- Manage the daily logistics of our ABM programs, including tracking project timelines in Asana and maintaining essential documentation like playbooks and workflows.
- Support ABM initiatives within Demandbase, handling tasks such as account list uploads, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
- Provide sales teams with the resources, insights, and reports necessary to bolster their outreach and engagement efforts.
- Coordinate the execution of webinars, events, and campaigns that form the backbone of our ABM strategy.
- Distribute and track ABM content and creative assets to ensure personalized messaging reaches the right audience.
- Compile performance data from tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and Tableau to provide actionable insights and KPI reporting.
- Identify opportunities to streamline our internal processes and tools to improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or ABM, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana and ABM tools such as Demandbase.
- Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms including Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
- Strong data analysis skills with an understanding of marketing metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A self-starting mindset with the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred qualifications
- Professional experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise solutions, or technology sectors.
- Relevant certifications in project management or ABM.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $83,000, with the final offer determined by your specific work location, skills, and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- 100% employer-paid premiums for Medical HDHP, Dental, and Vision coverage for the employee.
- 70% employer-paid premiums for Medical PPO plans for employees and dependents, as well as for dependent Dental and Vision coverage.
