About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will lead our strategy for penetrating key accounts, which includes driving customer acquisition, expansion, and upsell opportunities. You will be responsible for defining and scaling our ideal customer profile marketing strategy while collaborating closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success departments to build a robust ABM foundation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute our inaugural account-based marketing strategy to drive new business and expand existing revenue through tailored messaging and bespoke experiences.
- Partner with sales and customer success leaders to identify target accounts, manage campaign budgets, and project results based on quarterly planning.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize our tactics, while selecting and managing a high-impact suite of ABM tools to support our growth.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-starter who is eager to grow our customer conversions and influence our technical audience. You should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing within a technology startup, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on ABM.
- Proven success in executing 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM motions, including account targeting, sales alignment, and program optimization.
- Hands-on proficiency with marketing and sales technology stacks, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clearbit, Clay, or Mutiny.
- A strong understanding of enterprise lead-management processes and marketing attribution.
- The ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries to build relationships and achieve shared objectives.
Location
This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
