We're looking for a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager to lead targeted, data-driven campaigns that help enterprise buyers discover the value of Coupa's AI-powered spend management platform.
Responsibilities
- Design and run tiered ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) across North America, blending personalized outreach with scalable automation.
- Review 6sense intent and engagement signals to spot active accounts, prioritize outreach, and align follow-up with the sales team.
- Create account-specific journeys that match messaging, content, and channels to the right personas and buying committees.
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns in Folloze, Marketo, and Salesforce that move target accounts through each stage of the funnel.
- Work side-by-side with Account Executives and Account Development Representatives to keep execution tight and sales alignment strong.
- Track campaign results, surface insights, and refine tactics to lift conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
Must-haves
- 3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a clear track record in ABM, demand generation, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on success running multi-tiered ABM programs that have driven measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Practical expertise with 6sense, Folloze, Marketo, Salesforce, and related campaign tools.
- Clear grasp of the enterprise buying process and how to engage multiple stakeholders within a single account.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, draw actionable conclusions, and present concise performance updates.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with sales teams, manage projects end-to-end, and communicate effectively.
- Fluency in English.
