Key outcomes
- Design, launch, and manage coordinated multi-channel ABM campaigns that span paid media, direct mail, email, and BDR outreach.
- Partner with BDR teams to develop account-triggered outreach plans that align messaging and timing for maximum impact.
- Work with product marketing and content teams to create tailored assets for priority personas and industries.
- Scale and refine our 1:few ABM approach across high-value segments and use cases.
- Build and run structured experimentation programs that improve engagement, qualified pipeline, and conversion rates.
- Lead persona segmentation and journey mapping to sharpen outreach precision and content personalization.
- Oversee ABM landing pages and drive ongoing optimization to increase conversion performance.
- Define, track, and report ABM success metrics through dashboards and monthly analyses that demonstrate pipeline contribution.
- Support targeted 1:1 ABM initiatives and collaborate with growth and design teams on execution.
- Explore and implement product-qualified ABM strategies that complement our product-led growth motion.
Requirements
- Four or more years of experience in demand generation or account-based marketing, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
- Demonstrated success executing enterprise-scale ABM campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, and direct mail tools.
- Strong track record of collaborating with BDR or sales teams to align outreach strategies and improve results.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion rate optimization.
- Clear understanding of buyer journeys, persona development, and segmentation approaches.
- Experience building and optimizing landing pages and creative assets using tools such as Framer.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Metadata, or comparable ABM and marketing automation platforms.
- Ability to measure and communicate campaign impact and pipeline contribution through structured reporting.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling capabilities.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with product-qualified ABM and product-led growth motions.
- Basic understanding of API products, device intelligence, or fraud prevention technologies.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $96,000 - $105,000. Final compensation is determined by factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and expertise. We offer remote work as a core benefit.
