The role
We are hiring a senior Account Based Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team on a full-time, remote basis. In this position you will lead our 1:few ABM programs and work closely with BDR, content, and product marketing colleagues to run coordinated, multi-channel campaigns that reach high-value enterprise accounts.
Core responsibilities
- Design, launch, and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns that span paid media, direct mail, email, and BDR outreach.
- Collaborate with the BDR team on account-triggered outreach, ensuring messaging and timing stay aligned across every touchpoint.
- Partner with product marketing and content teams to create tailored assets for priority personas and industries while overseeing ABM landing pages and driving continuous conversion improvements.
Skills and experience
We are looking for candidates who bring at least four years of demand-generation or ABM experience, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment. You should have a track record of running enterprise-scale ABM campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, along with hands-on experience using A/B testing, data analysis, and conversion-rate optimization to improve results. Strong collaboration skills with sales or BDR teams, a solid grasp of buyer journeys, persona development, and segmentation, and proven ability to create and optimize landing pages are essential. Familiarity with HubSpot, Metadata, or similar marketing-automation tools, plus excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities, will help you succeed. Experience with product-qualified ABM or product-led growth motions is a plus, as is basic knowledge of API products, device intelligence, or fraud prevention.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this role is $96,000 - $105,000. We also offer the flexibility of fully remote work from nearly any location where you are already authorized to work.
