As the Account Based Marketing Manager at Veo, you will have the opportunity to shape Veo's outbound marketing strategy and build a scalable strategy that delivers leads to our outbound sales team. You will have a dedicated marketing budget and the freedom to experiment with various channels, including paid advertising, email marketing, marketing automation, SMS, WhatsApp, and affiliate marketing. Your primary goal will be to generate sales through the outbound sales team.

Responsibilities:
  • Own Account-based Marketing (ABM) strategy and tactics within Veo, encompassing planning, execution, optimization, and ABM Sales support.
  • Identify, implement, and manage ABM tools that empower marketing and sales to fulfill ABM-related sales targets.
  • Maintain ownership of the ABM tech stack, including training and serving as the primary point of contact for ABM technology and strategy.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize to improve your ABM paid and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Outbound Sales team and other stakeholders to accomplish sales targets and generate Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) for the Outbound Sales team.
  • Oversee ABM budgets, campaign initiatives, and deliver recurring reports on funnel performance.
  • Identify, enrich, and analyze potential opportunities based on designated target account lists.
  • Partner with market managers and associates to create opportunities for the Outbound Sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Automation Specialists to develop automations that align with the ABM strategy.
  • Establish a close partnership with the Revenue Operation Manager to ensure seamless integration between ABM and CRM Sales tools while upholding operational excellence within the ABM strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Data department to pinpoint and generate account opportunities.


  • About You:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • You're powered by performance and passionate about generating a pipeline for sales.
  • You're proactive and resourceful, bringing forward ideas, testing them quickly, and taking action effectively.
  • You're comfortable launching Meta or Google campaigns rapidly and view all channels as potential opportunities.
  • You're experienced with tools like Zapier, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, and Clearbit.
  • You've developed outreach strategies, managed cold email campaigns, launched landing pages, and created custom workflows.
  • You possess both analytical and creative skills, enjoying data analysis while also being able to craft compelling messages.
  • You can collaborate effectively with sales teams and understand the shared goal of acquiring new sales.
