The role
We are hiring a full-time, senior-level Account Based Marketing Manager to lead our Public Sector marketing efforts. The position is fully remote, with a preference for candidates on the East Coast, ideally in the DMV area. You will shape and run integrated programs that generate pipeline and accelerate deals with U.S. Federal and SLED buyers.
Core responsibilities
- Define and execute a Public Sector marketing strategy that aligns with regional sales goals, blending ABM campaigns, field events, and partner co-marketing programs to create net-new pipeline and support deal progression.
- Own the full lifecycle of field events-from strategic planning and logistics through on-site execution-serving as the primary liaison for internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Partner with sales, alliances, and cross-functional marketing teams to develop messaging, content, and enablement resources that resonate with Public Sector personas, then measure program performance and optimize for ROI.
Skills and experience
We are looking for professionals who bring at least five years of B2G marketing experience targeting Federal and SLED audiences, along with a working knowledge of security technologies and trends. You should be comfortable collaborating with sales teams and technology partners, and you will have hands-on experience running co-marketing initiatives with distribution and technology partners. Proficiency with ABM platforms, marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools-specifically 6sense, Salesforce, HubSpot, Tableau, and Mutiny-is required, as are strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is expected, and you should be able to travel up to 30 percent as needed.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this role is $115,000–$145,000 USD.
