We are Instructure, a global EdTech leader serving millions of teachers and students and partnering with over 900 education technology companies to power the largest partner community for any learning management system. We are seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing Manager to lead targeted ABM programs that generate pipeline and revenue within key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Portfolio Marketing, and ABM platforms to select and prioritize accounts for focused outreach.
- Create tailored messaging and engagement plans that resonate with decision-makers in target accounts.
- Design and run multi-channel ABM campaigns from initial strategy through execution, including timelines, budgets, creative assets, and performance tracking.
- Collect and synthesize data from Demandbase, SFDC, Marketo, Outreach, and Google Analytics to uncover account insights and inform next steps.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Sales to maintain accurate contact data and ensure campaigns reach the intended stakeholders.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reports that measure account penetration and the revenue impact of ABM efforts.
- Keep Sales teams aligned through regular updates on ABM leads and campaign progress.
- Administer the ABM technology stack, including Demandbase and related sales-intelligence tools, and champion best practices across the organization.
Must-haves
- At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or account-based marketing, ideally within high-tech B2B SaaS.
- Proven success executing multi-channel programs for enterprise accounts and performing account targeting and segmentation.
- Strong project-management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for working with Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, self-direction, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Deep familiarity with B2B SaaS sales cycles and how marketing nurtures leads through engagement.
- Advanced proficiency with SFDC, Marketo, Demandbase, Sendoso, and Outreach.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in English.
