At Embrace we help SREs, DevOps, and mobile engineers turn complex performance data into clear customer impact, and we’re looking for a senior marketer to accelerate that mission.
What you bring
We are hiring a Senior Account Based Marketing Manager on a full-time, remote basis. In this role you will own the end-to-end ABM engine that fuels pipeline for our differentiated mobile-first observability platform, working side-by-side with Sales and the VP of Marketing to turn data-driven campaigns into measurable revenue. You will bring at least five years of B2B growth or demand-generation experience, a proven track record running marketing-automation and CRM programs, and comfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor who can also orchestrate cross-functional plays.
- Design and run multi-tier ABM programs (1:Many, 1:Few, 1:1) that align with quarterly revenue targets and integrate inbound and outbound tactics.
- Partner daily with Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to brief content, surface buying signals, and refine follow-up plays that move target accounts through the funnel.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize every stage of the demand-generation process-from ad creative and nurture sequences to attribution reporting-to improve conversion rates and ROI.
The position is fully remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Requirements
You combine deep fluency in marketing automation platforms and Salesforce with the analytical mindset to let performance data guide every decision. Clear written and verbal communication in English is essential, as is the ability to translate technical concepts for both engineering personas and senior business stakeholders. We value candidates who have already scaled demand programs that directly influenced pipeline, who thrive on iterative testing, and who bring a collaborative yet self-sufficient approach to fast-moving growth environments. While not required, prior exposure to DevOps, SRE, or mobile audiences, or campaigns in the open-source space, will help you ramp quickly.
What we offer
The on-target earnings range for this role is $135,000–$155,000, and equity compensation is provided in the form of options. Additional benefits include remote-work flexibility, vision and dental insurance, and unlimited paid time off.
