We are looking for an Account Based Marketing Manager to join our team and help define the next era of enterprise software development.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to engage high-value accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to create personalized, data-driven campaigns for key decision-makers.
- Design and implement 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns that align with our broader marketing goals.
- Refine our account qualification model in partnership with sales and marketing operations.
- Manage multi-phase, multi-channel marketing campaigns while meeting key performance indicators for pipeline generation and closed-won business.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Account-Based Marketing, Demand Generation, or related marketing roles within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- A proven track record of developing successful ABM strategies that directly impact revenue.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for various buyer personas.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Must reside in the United States.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous marketing experience at a company focused on developer tooling or software engineering products.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range of $88,000 to $110,000 depending on your location zone and experience level. In addition to our cash compensation, we provide equity compensation to ensure you share in our success. Our benefits package also includes remote work flexibility.
