About the Role
We are hiring an Account Based Marketing Manager to join us on a Full Time basis. In this senior-level position you will design and run focused, data-driven ABM programs that engage enterprise and mid-market accounts across North America and Europe, working hand-in-hand with sales, marketing, and customer success to expand strategic relationships and accelerate revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch multi-channel ABM initiatives that combine personalized content, digital advertising, targeted email, executive events, and direct mail to engage high-value accounts.
- Partner closely with sales leadership and account executives to shape account-specific strategies, align on revenue targets, and optimize every stage of the buyer journey.
- Track campaign performance with ABM and intent platforms, translate findings into clear recommendations, and refine programs to improve pipeline influence and revenue impact.
Requirements
- At least five years of B2B marketing experience with a strong track record executing ABM programs in SaaS, industrial technology, or manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success running ABM campaigns that have generated measurable pipeline growth and revenue within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Hands-on expertise with 6sense, Demandbase, Marketo, and Salesforce, plus the ability to create complete ABM journeys using tools such as WordPress or Canva.
- Strong analytical skills and the capacity to turn data insights into actionable marketing plans.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with sales, customer success, and product marketing teams.
- Experience marketing AI-driven or digital-transformation solutions to both technical and business stakeholders is a plus.
Location
This is a remote role open to candidates on the East Coast.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. In addition, we provide flexible hours, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a 401k match, paid time off, stock options, and remote-work support including a phone stipend.
