Our team of engineers, data scientists, and transit experts works to digitize and automate transportation systems ranging from school buses to autonomous vehicles. We are looking for an Account-Based Marketing Associate to join our Demand Generation team in the United States to help us expand our reach and articulate the value of our transit solutions.
Key outcomes
- Build and nurture relationships with high-value accounts through strategic, multi-channel outreach efforts.
- Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and key stakeholders to inform our engagement strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product portfolio to deliver the right message to the right audience at the ideal time.
- Oversee your own pipeline by utilizing our CRM tools and technology stack to prioritize opportunities and scale our processes.
- Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets by consistently meeting key performance indicators.
Requirements
- Between 0 and 3 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, account-based marketing, or as a business development representative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, analytical approach to tracking campaign data and using those insights to drive improvements.
- A collaborative spirit combined with the ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Resilience and a passion for building long-term professional relationships.
- A strong desire to learn about the transit industry and our specific product offerings.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000. Final compensation is determined based on the individual skills, knowledge, and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance and 401k matching.
