Accessories Design Intern at Karllagerfeld

The role

We are looking for an Accessories Design Intern to join our team in Amsterdam. This is an on-site internship position designed for a student currently enrolled in a university or design school. You will play a vital role in supporting our design department as we develop our accessories collection and special collaborations. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week commitment for a duration of six months.

Core responsibilities

• Develop creative design proposals and prepare detailed technical specifications for our accessories.
• Assist the team with prototype corrections and maintain organized seasonal files and overviews.
• Provide general support to the design team to ensure our office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a student specializing in accessories design with a keen eye for detail and current fashion trends. We require the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, positive, can-do attitude.

Please note: You must be enrolled in your educational program for the entire duration of the internship. Due to Dutch legislation, you must either hold European nationality or be currently studying in the Netherlands.
