Founded in 2017 in São Paulo, Brazil, and currently headquartered in Weston, Florida, we have grown into a distributed team across the Americas. Following a successful $60 million Series B funding round in May 2023, we are actively expanding our presence in the United States and are looking for a Senior ABM Marketing Analyst to join our remote team and drive our strategic growth.

Key outcomes

  • Design and execute comprehensive account-based marketing strategies across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many models.
  • Partner closely with our sales department to identify and prioritize high-value target accounts.
  • Develop detailed account dossiers, including key decision-makers, business challenges, and primary objectives.
  • Segment target accounts effectively to ensure personalized communication and engagement.
  • Create and validate tailored content and campaigns designed to generate new opportunities within specific accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and ROI, providing regular reports and data-driven insights to key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing efforts, including content creation, events, and design, to ensure brand alignment.
  • Identify opportunities to monetize our existing installed base through new marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ABM methodologies within the B2B SaaS and technology sectors.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales funnel metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
  • Deep understanding of SEO and SEM techniques and their application in content strategy.
  • Exceptional storytelling and persuasion skills, with the ability to adapt to various tones of voice.
  • A startup mindset characterized by resilience, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred qualifications

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish.
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce.
