The role
We are hiring a Global ABM Manager on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. This senior position leads account-based marketing efforts that support both expansion within existing customer accounts and acquisition of net-new business across global markets.
Core responsibilities
- Build and execute global account-based marketing strategies that align with company growth goals, using intent data to identify high-value accounts and shape targeted campaigns.
- Design and deliver personalized marketing initiatives that drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current customer accounts while also creating integrated campaigns to win net-new prospects.
- Define performance metrics, track campaign results, and provide regular analysis and reporting to leadership so that strategies can be refined for stronger return on investment.
Skills and experience
We look for candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in account-based marketing or customer expansion, ideally within the SaaS industry. You should bring demonstrated success using intent data and ABM tactics to support both expansion and new-business goals, along with strong project-management and organizational abilities. Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and data-visualization software is required, as is the ability to adapt quickly when priorities shift. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, and you should be comfortable leading cross-functional work and influencing without direct authority.
