ModSquad provides CX services for companies in markets all over the world, from Fortune 500s to startups. We are seeking someone to create and run marketing campaigns that will drive demand and brand awareness. Do you love project managing events and campaign timelines?

This critical role supports the Marketing and Sales teams and is responsible for devising, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns, events and project/content management. The successful candidate will be a highly organized B2B campaign marketer with solid experience with events and launching successful integrated marketing campaigns.

This is a work from home/remote full-time position and reports to the Director of Demand Generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business

ABM & Account-Based Strategies: Develop and execute account-based marketing programs that target high-value accounts, coordinating closely with sales.Manage various aspects of trade shows and events including budgeting, pre-show planning and outreach, post-show lead upload and outreach, event coordination, collateral, and onsite support to drive leads into the sales funnel

Work with sales and marketing to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns

Project management of campaigns to drive pipeline growth leveraging and aligning key marketing channels with consistent content/messaging

Recommend and present overview strategy briefs that tie into detailed tactical plans for building awareness, consideration and purchasing decisions

Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and goal pacing to stakeholders

Constantly monitor, measure and hone the performance of sales enablement to enact programs that achieve revenue goals for each target market

Plan seamless integration of competitive campaigns and partner channel campaigns within the prescriptive buyer journeys and overall segment campaign plans

Requirements:

5+ years marketing experience in B2B campaign and event planning management

Deep knowledge of HubSpot Enterprise (required) and familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).Experience coordinating events and trade show marketing campaigns

Expertise in ABM, demand generation, and revenue-impacting campaigns. Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a demonstrable impact on revenue

Understanding of the sales pipeline and sales processes

A self-starter with excellent project management and communication skills

Demonstrated experience defining and measuring programs, including analytics and reporting

Experience with Google Analytics required; Asana, Popl, and Slack experience preferred

BA/BS degree in relevant field
