Role at a glance
We’re hiring a full-time, mid-level ABM Campaign Manager who will work remotely from anywhere to build and run targeted, multi-channel account-based programs while owning our company-wide email marketing engine.
Your impact
- Design and launch 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns that align marketing and sales around priority accounts, then measure their effect on pipeline and revenue.
- Own the end-to-end email marketing program-segmentation, automation, branding consistency, and performance-so every message supports both ABM plays and broader demand efforts.
- Turn campaign data into clear insights that sales teams can act on, continuously refining journeys, content, and channels to lift engagement and account progression.
What you'll need
Three to five or more years of B2B or B2G marketing experience with a track record of building ABM programs that drive measurable pipeline growth. You bring a solid grasp of ABM frameworks, hands-on management of an organization-wide email platform, and fluency with tools such as 6sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce. Strong project-management chops let you juggle multiple campaigns, while sharp analytical skills help you set KPIs, run attribution, and optimize in real time. Excellent communication and cross-functional instincts keep sales, product marketing, content, and creative teams rowing in the same direction. English fluency is required; experience in defense, cybersecurity, or critical infrastructure is a plus.
