What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior ZK Applications Solutions Architect to join our engineering team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for an experienced professional who enjoys solving complex, cross-disciplinary problems. You will work within a collaborative, small-team environment where you will have significant independence to influence how our zero-knowledge technology is adopted and implemented across the ecosystem.

What will you do?

• Drive the adoption of our zero-knowledge proof technology, specifically the o1js SDK, by defining use cases and building core application components that provide users with enhanced privacy and efficiency.
• Manage technical relationships with our partners, acting as a mentor and guide to ensure they successfully integrate o1js and the Mina blockchain into their own solutions.
• Collaborate with our Business Development team to identify and recruit new partners through industry events, targeted outreach, and strategic marketing initiatives.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who can bridge the gap between complex architecture and practical application. You should be comfortable working with TypeScript and have a deep understanding of blockchain technology. While not strictly required, experience with zero-knowledge proofs is a significant advantage. You should also possess the following qualities:

• The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology stacks in various programming languages.
• A knack for engaging with technical decision-makers and managing long-term partnerships.
• A willingness to take on program management responsibilities and contribute to our go-to-market strategies.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with our global team and partners.
