Zealot Success Lead at Withzeal

Are you ready to help people manage their digital assets with true independence? At Zeal, we are building a self-custodial wallet designed for everyday life. Our mission is to make using crypto and stablecoins as simple as using traditional money, allowing individuals to pay, save, and earn without relying on intermediaries. We are looking for a dedicated Zealot Success Lead to join our team and become the primary voice for our users.

What you bring

This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. As a senior member of our team, you will bridge the gap between our users and our internal product and engineering groups. Your daily work will focus on the following responsibilities:

• Managing our Intercom inbox to provide fast, friendly, and accurate troubleshooting for our users.
• Triaging and prioritizing incoming issues by logging them in Linear and identifying patterns that signal larger product bugs or UX friction.
• Enhancing our support operations by building out internal documentation, refining our saved replies, and proposing new processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

We value your ability to solve problems over formal credentials. The ideal candidate is reliable, kind, and proactive. You should have excellent written and spoken English skills, with the ability to adjust your tone to suit the situation. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership who feels responsible for a user's problem until it is fully resolved. You should be comfortable using tools like Intercom and Linear, and you must be able to translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear language. While experience in customer support or operations for fintech or crypto products is a plus, it is not strictly required. We value an analytical mindset and the ability to distinguish between isolated incidents and systemic issues.
