At Upflow, we are transforming the way B2B companies manage their finances. Since our launch in 2018, we have built a modern collections hub that helps businesses streamline their data, analytics, and payment processes to unlock cash flow. We are a product-led organization backed by prominent investors like YCombinator and eFounders, and we are trusted by hundreds of companies across the US and EMEA, including Front and Lattice. As we continue to expand our presence across three continents, we are looking for a motivated Workplace & People Intern to join us for a six-month period starting in September or October 2025.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate with our HR and leadership teams to foster a vibrant and positive office culture.
- Coordinate team-building events, wellness initiatives, and office celebrations to keep our team engaged.
- Ensure our New York and Paris office environments remain welcoming, well-stocked, and organized.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including tracking and maintaining an inventory of company laptops and monitors.
- Support internal communication efforts to ensure all team members feel connected and informed.
- Assist with various HR projects to help us achieve our broader people operations goals.
Requirements
- You are a student who is eager to learn and highly coachable.
- You possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- You are a strong communicator who is comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
- You are detail-oriented and focused on high-quality execution.
- You are fluent in English.
- You have a genuine passion for people and building a happy workplace.
Compensation
This is a paid internship with a monthly compensation of 18,000 EUR. We also provide a hybrid work environment and paid time off to support a healthy work-life balance.
